FWIW, I do not see the reported problem either on Linux with daily dbgutil version 2015-10-01 or on Windows Vista 32-bit with daily build from 2015-08-13. My test consisted of ... (1) Open the attachment (2) Save as /tmp/gimp_resave.odt (3) Close Writer (4) Open gimp_resave.odt. (5) Observe result.
