EPSIs in a Writer document don't print to PS or export to PDF properly. The
output file gets only the EPSI's low-res preview bitmap, which is far from
satisfactory for any "non-draft" uses. This problem showed up after version
4.1.6.2 and at least as early as 4.2.7.2.
