When trying to "Insert comment" into an existing comment box in a spreadsheet
the cursor cannot be placed in the text box to permit entry of text. Instead
the existing text in the box is highlighted or the cursor appears as a cross.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select "Insert comment" in a cell where there is an existing comment
containing text.
2.Try to insert the cursor to permit text entry below the existing text.
3.
Actual Results:
Existing text in comment box is highlighted or the cursor changes to cross and
no text can be entered.
Expected Results:
Cursor can be placed anywhere in the comment text box and text entered.
