Hi remyD,

In your screenshot "imported cvs values", percent values are left aligned. 
This means they are imported as text. If you select one of them, input line
will show a quote as the fisrt character.
You have in this case to select 
Detect special numbers 
in the Text Import window, on opening, to import these percent values as
values.
Next, reverse the colon order of time and percent values will make easy to
select the first colon as label to format x axis, after cells formatting to
Time.
