The menu labels are stored in the *Commands.xcu files in
officecfg/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/UI/
Accelerators in the .xcu files use '~'.
@Sophi: It would be useful to store AcceleratorKeyChecker.odt somewhere, so
others can run the checking as well.
