This was a full page of three column text before saving/reloading

I have used OO / LO to publish a community newsletter for the last 5 years
using fairly complicated layouts [nested frames, multiple columns and embedded
images etc etc]. Until now I was very happy & thanks, BUT:

My observations:
I tried early LO 5.0 on Ubuntu 15.04 and found pages which rendered just fine
in 4.x were losing odd (i.e. apparently random) paragraphs of text -> thinks:
had they not loaded?? ...but yes! If I cursor highlighted them and changed the
font (or size) then teh missing text was back again - hey presto it
re-appeared.

So I gave up using 5.0 hoping things would soon come right.

But they haven't. I am now running Ubuntu 15.10 beta 2 with LO:
Version: 5.0.2.2
Build ID: 00m0(Build:2)
Locale: en-GB (en_GB.UTF-8)

And it is the same. :-(

Is it my video driver? I doubt it.
1st Machine AMD Athlon 2x4 630 processor/ Gallium on AMD CAICOS.
Current machine Intel® Celeron(R) CPU 1037U @ 1.80GHz × 2 [tried with and
without Intel driver in use].

Printing? The same (see attached PDF after reloading - the white space should
be text which the author would be sad to lose!)

Sorry, ***but this is a show stopper!!*** for a published magazine with c.30
pages and a print run costing £hundreds.

Please fix it - all other things greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Doug Bates (Forum Parish Mag Editor)
