            Bug ID: 95007
Summary: Optimizing using of the space of the cells
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.0.2.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

If an entry in a cell is too long while the cell right of it contains data a
red arrow is used to mark that the first cell contains overflowing data which
got just hidden. But sometimes I'm seeing a character that is under this red
arrow and sometimes even partly cut while other times no character at the end
is drawn while it would fit there without drawing it under the red arrow. I
think this can be optimized a little for example by never drawing a character
under the red arrow and always fully using the space before the red arrow.
