Animated gif showing color picker initially appearing in wrong location
When opening the color picker from either the toolbar or the sidebar, the
dialog is briefly drawn in the center of the screen before flickering over to
its proper place.
When the new color palette was first implemented, it only showed up in the
center of the screen. It was then modified to place it next to the clicked
dropdown button. My guess is that there is an unnecessary redraw immediately
after it is spawned. It needs to be moved before the initial window update.
This seems to have started in 4.4, so I'm marking it as such. And I can
confirm that it is still present in the master nightlies:
