Comparing the error bar sidebar content panel with the dialog, the dialog
disables the negative value field when percentage and error margin categories
are are selected, but this doesnt happen in the sidebar.
The dialog also disables the negative field due to the 'same value for both'
checkbox when selecting constant value category.
