Yes.

to reproduce, do the following with Orca running.

Open Libreffice, press Alt+D for new document. 

Afterwards, press Alt+T to enter the tools menu. Arrow down to AutoCorrect
Options.

Here, use Control+Tab until you hear Options.

Press Tab until you hear "Replacements and Exceptions for Language" 

You will hear Orca say
Check Box "checked, if it is checked" or "Check box not checked, if it is not
checked."

Afterwards you will hear Orca say "greyed"

Arrowing down through the list does not announce the item that is highlighted.
Orca does not seem to be detecting the second check box, and is only detecting
the first check box.

This dialog is a good representation of how some of the other dialog behave in
the Auto Correct Options Dialog.
