It is parsed with the perl Spreadsheet::ParseExcel library. When the spreadsheet was saved with Libreoffice 5.0.2.2, the perl parser incorrectly returns "0" for the cell containing the concatenation. When saving the same spreadsheet with Openoffice 4.1.1 or Excel 2007, the perl parser returns the correct value.
