follow-up of the controversial Bug 93318
some users like to have all the 4 buttons visible (first, previous, next, last)
while others would like to have just the "previous" and "next" buttons and get
rid of the "first" and "last" buttons.
the only way to please both categories of user is to allow customization of
that UI part allowing the user to decide which buttons to show and which to
hide.
such customization has never been possible since the OOo era.
