When exporting information to CSV format and using "copy and paste" function it
is noted that some characters are not displayed as expected e.g.
60 BLINKEVI?I?T?, Vilija Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists
and Democrats in the European Parliament Europe

When I open the file on LibreOffice Calc there are characters which are not
being displayed as above but instead '?' marker is used. I am including
attachments including the source database (odb).

website itself.
Browser is Google Chrome stable version and UTF-8 encoding.
