What you can do is try to get a debug log out of it and then set the bug to UNCONFIRMED - that's at least a start. https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/How_to_get_a_backtrace_with_WinDbg#Debugging Again, because the current bug gives us nothing to actually test or try to reproduce ("it crashes a lot") is just not enough.
