Sample shapes to test the bug
1. In MSO create insert a shape into a doc and save
2. Open in a recent build of LibreOffice
3. Right-Click on the shape -> Position and Size
I was able to reproduce this files in Writer, Calc, and Impress. It's a
regression as I was not able to reproduce it with LibreOffice 4.3.
