Letter wizard, with radio buttons and checkbox hidden
At first time, radio buttons & checkboxes don't render (see attachment)
I have to move the mouse on, or to move the window, and then rendering is OK.
All is fine with GEN VCL plugin, but KDE4 & GTK are bugged
