got a message that an upgrade was available so went ahead and did the upgrade
to the 4.4.6 and it finished no problem but will not open and gave the error
"missing sofficeapp.dll".
I then tried to download version 5 and the same thing happened but now the
error is "missing MSVCR120.dll".
It has not created a desktop icon as requested either.
