Howto reproduce:
1. In any LibreOffice product create a hyperlink to a document
(Insert -> Hyperlink -> Document -> Pad -> OK)
2. CTRL-click on the link (or open the linked document via other means)
3. Minimize opened document
4. CTRL-click another time on the link
Result:
Nothing happens
Expected result:
The minimized document window un-minimizes
