Hi. I am a Document Foundation Member, trying to create a LO Help Wiki account.
When I attempt to go to:
http://help.libreoffice.org/Special:UserLogin/signup
I get an error message:
"You do not have permission to create this user account, for the following
reason: The action you have requested is limited to users in the group:
Administrators."
What would I need to do to create an account?
