If I've already got LibreOffice open on another workspace and I double-click a
.csv file to open it in Calc, it appears to do nothing. However, if I go to
the workspace where LibreOffice currently is open, the import dialogue is there
ready to go. Really, this dialogue should open on the same workspace where the
.csv file is double-clicked.
