Hardware x86-64 (AMD64) OS Linux (Ubuntu 12.04) With the file attached listed in the file manager, right click and 'open with Libre Office 5.0 Calc' Import options: tab separated, coding Latin 3 Select a column (e.g. I) by clicking on the column heading. Or a range of cells. Then right click > Format Cells. Blank dialog box.
