Cannot drag and drop a slide to change its position in a presentation any more.
It does not work in the slide side pane nor in the slide sorter.
Detected on LO with GTK+3 on Fedora 22.

There are other dnd issues reported in GTK+3 but I could not find this
particular one. Caolán may already know about this problem, sorry in that case
for the noise O:)
