When in Fullscreen mode (OSX 10.11) and when pasting unformatted text using key
command Shift+Command+V and new paste special window pops up immediately also
going into fullscreen.
When "OK" is clicked the current document duplicates (two fullscreens of the
same doc). Then when either trying to edit the document or close the duplicate
fullscreen document one is automatically logged out of the user account.
Once loged back in LibreOffice is still running and but is not usable. When
closing this instance of LibreOffice the system glitches (black screen, moving
through desktops, etc)
