Annotated Screen Dump of the problem.
Options - LibreOffice - Colors, Palette display does not update when color is
modified.
The attachment says it all.
The only way to get the palette to update is to close the dialogue and reopen
it. This is annoying if one is trying to add a number of colors to the palette
in succession with a view to saving a complete set of corporate colors to be
used repeatedly in numerous documents.
