Libre Calc should by default scroll wheel up or down according the sensitivity
of the mouse scroll wheel rather than one row at a time.
I often have rather big cells. This causes the scrolling system to bounce
around from row to row making the spreadsheet a pain to navigate.
If I have my mouse set to scroll three lines at a time the spreadsheet should
only scroll up or down 3 lines, not one row.
Please fix this bug. Thank You.
