The AVI capture is definitive. Definitely an issue there for you. I'm guessing it could be a configuration in the installer packaging for the (ru_RU) localization. But weird that it does not retain the toolbar visible on exit/relaunch. I notice the screen resolution of the system you took the movie is pretty low--is that 800x600 or 1024x768? Does this happened on a more reasonable sized display as well?
