recipe which contains the obnoxious visual banner on top
This is a programming error rather than a traditional bug. Nevertheless,
somehow ALL my office text documents now are attached to my Mac and have a
broad header above the actual document which shows arrows (or other choices in
a shared gallery). I can not delete this broad and obnoxious header/banner
which takes up valuable real estate for the actual text document.
It's not apparent where it came from or how to delete it. It's now
superimposed on all my documents.
