This bug is for an interface inconsistency.
The Startup Center has the File menu - which is the first thing my eye went to.
It has the usual "Open ..." entry, but not the "Open remote file ..." entry.
(The Startup Center has the big button "Remote Files", so the functionality is
available. But I went straight to the File menu and was confused for a moment.)
Tested in Version: 5.1.0.0.alpha1+ Build ID:
f08d0142afbcb45c12604988022bb3da18be1d84 built from source on Xubuntu 14.04.
