I was only able to reproduce it (every time) on Windows 10 with French
LibreOffice (5.0.2.2 and 5.0.3.2)
Note : On my Linux computer I don't have this issue.
Note : might be locale related (I have seen similar bug reports for the German
version, not reproducible in English but that might be another bug)
Steps to reproduce :
Fresh Libreoffice install
Fresh libreoffice profile
1) Open LibreOffice Writer
2) Tools-> Mail merge wizard
3) Next
4) Next
5) Click on select address list
-> Crash every single time
