how to insert a cut column, use paste special and shift cells

Issue is OPs desire to have the cut column inserted (shifting cells) rather
than the default paste action that overwrites cells--with warning.

This is already provided, and is simply accomplished from the Paste Special
dialog: Shift Cells actions.

Default is "Don't shift", options are to shift "Down" (if applicable), or shift
"Right" i.e. the desired insert of a column since that is what was selected and
is being pasted.

See attached screen clip of dialog (en-US).
