Summary: When in Split View, Paste Special from toolbar or

item in Split View to another desktop.

To duplicate bug:
1. Add Writer window to either side of a Split View desktop.
2. Activate Paste Special from toolbar or hotkey (Command + Shift + V).
Result: The Paste Special window appears. It becomes full screen. Once an
option is selected or the window is cancelled, you will see the Writer window
has resized to a quarter of the screen. Also the other window being shared with
in Split View has been kicked into another desktop.
