Though the effect from the user point of view appears similar, the root cause is not. This one depends on the timeout of the TCP socket connection. This timeout is system dependent. In my Linux PC Ubuntu 14.04 this timeout is about 3 minutes. Whereas in another PC with Windows 7 32bit is around 20 seconds.
