Problem description: When highlighting several lines of text (in a bulleted,
numbered list), there is a toolbar which can popup to format the list. When you
press the far right button on the toolbar (Bullets and Numbering) multiple
times, multiple format windows will popup.
Steps to reproduce:
1. highlight bulleted/numbered list
2. click on far right icon on bullets/numbering toolbar
3. formatting window pops up
Current behavior: for each button press a formatting window ("Bullets and
Numbering") pops up
Expected behavior: only one formatting window should popup
ALSO: this behavior does NOT occur by highlighting text, and using the Format
pull-down menu > Bullets and Numbering
Platform (if different from the browser): Windows XP SP3
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/535.19 (KHTML, like Gecko)
Chrome/18.0.1025.162 Safari/535.19
