If you save a presentation in outline view and then open it up, the slide icon
that appears next to each slide number is missing
Steps:
1) Open attachment 120895
2) Notice that there isnt a slide icon next to the slide title '1, 2, 3...'
3) Switch to normal view and back to outline view and the slide icon will be
there
