I attached a tar archive which contains a CSV-File and a screenshot. The
CSV-File contains the number 0.006. As you can see in the screenshot, it reads
as 6 when I open the file with libreoffice. The screenshot contains
libreOffice's "about" dialog, which contains version number and Build-ID.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Download and untar the attached archive
2. Open the file test.csv in libreoffice
RESULT:
Cell C2 contains the value 6, as in the screenshot (below the header C3)
EXPECTED RESULT:
Cell C2 contains the value 0.006, as in the CSV file
