(LO 5.2 master) Pretty-printing and comparing both files' xl/pivotCache/pivotCacheDefinition1.xml streams shows they are quite different, additionally to different <sharedItems> attributes the LO-saved one contains single values in <sharedItems><n> elements which the Excel-saved one does not.
