For your account, a checkbox "enable user to administer computer" on the Users and Groups panel in System Preferences. Otherwise, I'm at a loss. Sorry ... Please provide OS X build details, and the status of your Java JRE (e.g. https://support.apple.com/kb/dl1572?locale=en_US if installed, and which Oracle JRE).
