I use the calls
F:\LO_daily\program\soffice.exe -env:UserInstallation=file:///f:/LOdevUser_de
F:\LO_daily\program\soffice.exe
to have user settings with different UI languages, so that I do not need to
switch the settings all the time.
But the UserInstallation with -env: does no longer work. LibreOffice does not
access that folder, but uses in both cases the user directory, which is set in
bootstrap.ini.
It is broken in Version: 5.2.0.0.alpha0+
