LibreOffice Calc will crash on exit simply after one of it's dialog boxes has
been opened.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice 5.0.4.1
2. Open the Formatting menu
3. Open the Conditional Formatting flyout
4. Select "Icon set..."
5. In the resultant dialog box, press "Cancel"
6. Close LibreOffice Calc
7. LIBREOFFICE CALC WILL CRASH ON EXIT EVERY TIME
Note that I had to mark this bug as affecting v5.0.3.2, but I have only
confirmed it on v5.0.4.1. I had to do this because no one has updated bugzilla
to include the latest versions of LibreOffice.
Note also that this crasg could be caused by the same bug as
