If you look in Tools > Options > Online Updates, there is a section for sending
in OS and hardware info, but the user agent on Linux doesnt include the Linux
kernel number in the string (example below).

The kernel version can be gotten from SalGenericInstance::getOSVersion() in
vcl/generic/app/geninst.cxx.
