I am using Avery 8160 labels to print address labels. The first sheet prints
correctly. The second and subsequent sheets are not printing correctly. The
second sheet is missing the first 2 lines off the top and the registration of
the address field in the label is incorrect. It is as if LibreOffice has
forgotten that it is dealing with sheets and has forgotten to do the "form
feed" and position to first label operations.
