Imported otd tet file
I noticed that the header function was broken on some of my ODT files. They all
started off as DOCX files. Imported DOC files seem to work fine.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open TestHeader.odt
2. Header->Format Header
3. Uncheck "Same content on First" or "Same content on Left/Right"
4. Change headers Note results
5. Open TestHeader2.odt
6. Repeat steps 2-4
Note how in TestHeader2, the settings affect how the header behaves. This is
likely related to Bug 91296.
