If I upload any Inkscape SVG with Settings, Size = Original, 'Tile' and
'Autofit' unchecked it displays fine but then crashes. If I manage to export to
PDF, PDF looks perfect.
Restarting the file in Writer finds the 'Autofit'-option checked and the SVG
stretched accordingly.
Can't remember that this was an issue with 4.x-versions.
