Although showing proper spacing when using expanded text in my header of my
letter template, when printed, the text does not print as it is shown in either
normal view or print preview. The incorrect spacing shows though in the
printer dialog preview. The last time that the issue did not appear [I think]
was in LO 5.0.1.1.
