Bug ID: 96621
Summary: Wrong cursor position if you reopen a text document
with tables
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 5.1.0.1 rc
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Linux (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Created attachment 121435
--> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=121435&action=edit
text document demonstrating the problem
Steps to reproduce:
1/ open the attached bugdoc with LibreOffice 5.1.0.1.0+
2/ move the cursor at the end of the paragraph highlighted in yellow
3/ remove the dot and add another dot so that the file has been modified by you
4/ do not move the cursor anymore and save the file (ctrl+S)
5/ close the file (ctrl+W)
6/ reopen the file, do not click and observe that you do not see the cursor
blinking at the end of the highlighted paragraph
7/ press one time the down arrow key: the view jump to the beginning of the 4th
chapter (Chapitre quatrième). If you close and reopen the file, you can check
that the cursor was on the last line of the third chapter.
8/ remove both tables and redo steps 2 to 5, reopen the file: you can see the
cursor blinking at the end of the highlighted paragraph.
No problem with LO 5.0.x.
Best regards. JBF
