Hello, being a {Star,Open,Libre}Office user since ages, the current behavior of
setting a different font color disturbs me quite a bit.
First I noticed, that number formats in calc with "negative numbers red" ticked
didn't work anymore. The numbers remain black.
Since I work with LO on openSUSE 12.1, I reported this problem to:

Investigating this issue a little further, I noticed, that _any_ changes of
font color in _any_ component (well, I checked writer and calc) doesn't work
anymore since I went to LO 3.5.3 (coming from 3.4.something).
In order to avoid interferences with my KDE3 environment, I uninstalled the
libreoffice-kde package, but the issue persists.
Changing the background color works fine, btw.
Since this _might_ be related to freetype, here's my version:
