Example document which causes high CPU load
Hello.
Slide scrolling consumes 100% of CPU core when using master pages with
presentation.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create empty presentation
2. Set Master Page "Lush Green"
3. Try to scroll slide vertically.
You will notice high CPU load. On Windows systems load caused by soffice.bin
process. On Linux systems it's Xorg and soffice.bin.
Scrolling doesn't cause CPU load when using "Default" master page. Some master
pages cause less CPU load: "Midnightblue", "DNA".
LO version 3.5.4 doesn't cause high CPU load when using Master Pages. Versions
4.0, 4.2, 5.0 affected for me, on both Windows and Linux.
