Maybe try this: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resolving_corruption_in_the_user_profile You could also update to version 5.0.4, which is now pretty stable. 4.4 will not receive new updates in any case. Set to NEEDINFO. Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists.
