Problem description:
No short cuts for creating a hyperlink just the icon from the toolbar.
Current behavior:
No right click option for creating a hyperlink
Expected behavior:
Select a item to be hyperlink-ed and then right click. Click on Hyperlink to
have the hyperlink dialog box come up.
