When moving the mouse from cells area to the top of the window (e.g. to access
menu items) if the movement is slow, the cursor is unable to pass the lower
side of the formula bar and bounces against it. By moving the cursor sideways,
this does not happen.

Reset User Profile?No. Saving the file, closing Calc and re-opening it with the
same file, the issue does not occour again. The issue occoured in the past with
